Bail bond premium rates in Louisiana are set by statute (La. R.S. 22:1443) and additional fees are imposed by law (including La. R.S. 22:822). Figures shown on this site are provided for general information and may not reflect every fee applicable in a particular parish. The controlling figures are those stated in your written agreement.
